When do you make the decision to move an outdoor ceremony indoors due to the weather?
We can wait until one hour before the ceremony is scheduled to start before making the decision to move indoors. |

How many rows of chairs are set up for ceremonies?
There are an average of 10 rows on each side of the center aisle. |

Will we have a rehearsal prior to our ceremony?
Rehearsals must be scheduled with your coordinator and are generally held the day prior to your wedding. Rehearsals are approximately ½ hour in length, and are led by an experienced staff member. |

Do you have elevator/handicap access?
Unfortunately we do not have an elevator to the second floor where we hold the cocktail hour; however, for those guests that are unable to travel the flight of stairs, we can accommodate them in our Oak Room with the same food and beverage that is being served upstairs. |

Do you provide centerpieces, or do we bring our own?
We do make available our centerpieces at no charge to our guests, which are clear glass hurricane candles surrounded by 3 small votive candles. Hurricanes have a 6" diameter base, and are used with a 12" white taper candle in a clear glass holder. Votive candles are white in a clear glass holder. It is your choice whether to use our centerpieces or to bring in your own. |

Do you have table placecards / direction cards / table numbers, or do we need to provide our own?
We offer complimentary Fox Hill Inn ivory placecards and direction cards, as well as framed table numbers on guest tables. You are welcome to use any or all of ours, or to provide your own if desired. |

What are the dimensions of the wedding cake?
Wedding cakes are 4 layers. The top layer diameter is 6”, second layer 8”, third layer 10”, and base layer 14”. |

What about Kosher meals?
We work with an outside kosher caterer; just let us know the number of kosher meals needed when you provide your final head count. |
